AJ_M I need to do a project and need to edit it yet every single email I’ve ever had has no record of buying video pad I spent $100 on this editing software, I know I bought it.
borate When you input the 13-digit registration info it should prompt to get the actual code, which looks like this... 6052080-abcdefgh THAT'S the code the goes in the box when clicking Menu | Register Videopad If the issue persists, take the next step... https://www.nch.com.au/support/regcontact.html
AJ_M Bro, I can’t find the email I used I know what the code looks like I’ve been in my account before. I believe I may have used PayPal to pay and didn’t put an email.
borate Follow through on that form ... https://www.nch.com.au/support/regcontact.html. The company will work with you to see that you are treated fairly.
