Reindt I use v 11.15 (Dutch version) and I’m unable to import any video. I used the free version and there it worked. But tonight I bought a registration code and from now on it won’t work anymore. I’ve deinstalled the program en reinstalled it as a adminitrator, no way! Even the free version won’t work now… what’s wrong? I also deleted all VideoPad registor keys.
borate Tested the Dutch v11.15 from here. Performance was comparable to the latest English release. Use this free tool to uninstall - deleting all registry keys that it lists. Then reinstall from that link. If no change please contact the company. https://tinyurl.com/2m4rbspc
Reindt It didn’t work, no matter what computer I use, it will not work.. I allready contacted the company and waiting for a reply, hope a solution.
Reindt Why, I don’t know but is works now… I tried several things and now it!s OK. But unfortunately I did not get any reply from the company. Now I have a other problem, when I’m importing analog video, the video sometimes falters.
borate In what manner are you importing? Just ADD FILES, or is this a transfer from a device? "Falters" in what way? Any error messages?
