Key Response only detected on inbound calls

I have setup IVM with a single voip-line. Everything works fine on inbound phonecalls, but if I use the autodialer to make outbound calls, the key response from the user is not registered. So I am stuck at the first question.

How do I solve this problem?

It seems to be an issue with the VOIP-provider. Changed to another provider and everything was working. Maybe some sort of filtering on inbound calls?
