benbernie hi i get these not responding once in awhile while im doing record restorating work on records.i have ashampoo as a burner..im using eset anti virus.im on windows 10 64 bits..i do the process and it happens again..any suggestions? lenny
elk You may want to reinstall the program and delete cache: To reinstall: https://www.nch.com.au/components/wpsetup.exe To delete cache: Click Options > Audio tab > click "Delete Unused Cache Files Now" > click OK to save the changes.
benbernie hi thanks i had 2 softwares installed ashampoo and nch..i just deleated ashampoo and it seems to ok now no more "no responding" message lenny
