Can I have a MP4 format for my stabilized video? It always is in AVI format

peter234

I want my stabilized video to be in MP4 format but I don't find any options to choose MP4 when I am stabilizing a video. It automatically produces an AVI format.

AVI and mp4 are both containers that can utilize various codecs.

If you need mp4, try exporting the AVI losslessly in that format.

Thanks for your message. I have noticed that mp4 is better quality and accepted on more websites than AVI. So there is no way I can have an MP4 stabilized file? It only comes out at AVI?

Appears so, unless exported as suggested above. Quality of the two formats should be comparable. There are numerous options - click on ADVANCED.
