i'll try my best. i am german.
on my win xp prof system a dsl router is installed. some days ago i installed my old fax voice modem acer 56 surf. with internal win fax sw i can receive and send fax.
but i wanted more!
i installed various callcenter programs, but none of them work correctly.
the caller id is not working. some programs dont answer with the machine a s o.
in the control pannel-sond devices-hardware i see the unimodem driver is installed but not working!
when i disconnect thedslconnection, the voicesw starts vey slowly.
the IVM answering attendant shows in settings menue 3 lines:
line 1 acer modem voip
line 2 IPCONF voip
line 3 H323 voip
i believe, the problems result of the fact, that the modem tries to setup a "dfü" connection or is busy in an other way or uses voip o s else.
i attach the modem protocol beyond and i thank for your kind support/help
AT#CLS=? command not supported!!! but allcallcenter sw tells me modem has voice fax ability!?
