Wher is ver 7.38 exe stored in MS Windows 7?

I tried upgrading from ver 4.00 to 7.38 which started and let me register it but when I click on Debut Video Capture Software in the Windows 7 start menu, I get ver 4.00 which is stored in Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut. I can't find the ver 7.38 exe

It makes no sense but I found it C:\Users\wayne\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Program Files\Debut>
