I see the videos of the mirrorless but not those of the reflex

Hi from Italy. At first excuse me for my poor english.

I bought videopads months ago for my binoculars and telescopes reviews. It always works well. I usually use an OMD EM5 MARK II mirrorless. Today, however, I had to create more videos with a CANON 6D. As soon as I load the canon videos and drag them close to the OMD videos, i can hear the audio but instead of the video i see a black square. I tried to install again. What could it be?

What version is being used? Try this one. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.

If no success, please share a file or two that has the issue. Someone will check it out. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
