sunnil I have just downloaded DreamPlan and was trying to trace a floor plan image. The wizard just shows white space whereas any other image viewer shows it correctly. What to do?
Chris75 Have you tried using a different format on the image you are trying to trace? It could be that the image you are trying to use has a layer that the program cannot read.
sunnil I have tried several floor plan images downloaded from the internet. They all give a white image. I have tried pdf, jpeg and png formats as recommended
sunnil In fact I have tried .jpg files from the sample projects. They all give a uniform color. I have tried to make a doodle in paint. That also does not show up. Is this software for real?
