In Device Manager look under the Sound, Video and Game Controllers item. In Windows, most often the driver is Realtek Audio.
Caution!
There's the possibility that updating will cause a problem, such as loss of some audio functions or loss of audio, as the current driver may be tailored for that PC. The Realtek driver is generic.
Make a system back up first if possible. If that's not available, be on the cautious side and skip the update.
If a Windows Update caused the problem, you may be able to uninstall that update via Windows settings. That's something to pursue in a Windows 10 forum.
