fmlisboajr Hi. any action that i need to do, i got this message a box popped up saying 'waiting for playback to finish', even for register a product, i have version 7 and running on bigsur(11.2.2). A cancel button not work.
elk Are you trying to record your screen, webcam or capture device? You may want to uninstall Debut, restart your computer, reinstall from this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpmaci.zip and then, restart your computer one more time. Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to save your previous recordings to avoid losing your information during the process.

DannR Remove the program from the Applications folder, then restart your machine. After this reinstall again the program from the next link, this is the previous version: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/debut-6-62-2020-12-18(intel).zip
