Certainly.
Right-click on an audio clip either in the bin or on the timeline and Save Audio Clip as New File. It will show up in Videopad as well as the PC Music folder (unless you have changed the default, under OPTIONS | DISK tab).
If you want to save the entire sequence mix click on the Sequences tab above the bin, right-click and Save Sequence Audio as New File.
The format will be WAV.
