How do I make a script pause for a few seconds?

I am writing a script to deal out cards, but to do that, I want to deal them in a cycle. How do I deal a card to one person, then the next, then the next, and then back to the first one with about a half of a second delay between each dealt card https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ ???
