Could you help me ?

Zoom R24 can be seen in MixPad but if I try to record with it, there is nothing usable data.

I have tried as input, as MIDi and so on, but no data as result

When you select the microphone to record from, are you getting any signal feed? Have you tried connecting the microphone to a different port on your computer?

If you are using an interface, could you try using a different channel to connect the microphone to? Have you tested reconnecting the interface or confirming you are getting an audio feed from the mic using the interface's monitoring feature or port?

Well if I attach another single device such as a synth, there is sign and there is saved data

But Zoom R24 can be seen and can be chosen from the list, and sign can be seen in settings but after saving there is no saved sign. The problem is the save procedure.

Zoom R24 is not a microphone but a mixer
