Sure is but CPU, memory, Disk utilization have all gone down. There is free space hard drive and memory.

The curser is in 1 location and struggling to play anything.

Perhaps I have overloaded some kind of internal database for the software?

I would think if it was struggling, then some kind of computer resourde would be deleted or at 100% used.

It may be bumping up against the memory limits of 32-bit technology. Tough to analyse without seeing it. A 64-bit version will be along one day, which should handle UHD and lengthy projects more readily.
