I'm trying to create a black border effect by adding a blank clip to an underlying layer.
Very hard to do. So how about the option to add a border to a picture without going into photoshop.
Border effect doesn't seem to work for a portrait picture!
The effect is shown in the 16:9 format and not as 9:16 at the picture is.
