david_phillips I got an alesis io2 express audio interface and downloaded the asio4all driver and am trying to record guitar on mixpad. However it plays back out of tune (lower) than the guitar is. I tried to double track and heard how out of tune it is. What is going on?
DannR Would be better if you can send this information and share some screenshots with the Technical Support Team, It seems that you´re able to do the recording, if you try to do another type of recording, not the guitar one, do you get a similar result?
