ViedoPad - No sound with AC3 5.1CH MKV type video file

I have tried to test VideoPad v 8.77 before purchase.

Does anyone have the solution to fix the problem?

The VideoPad works with AC3 5.1CH MP4 type video file.

Seong

When it doesn't run the file through this tool, which should extract independent files to load into VP.
