When I load in an m4a (not a protected m4p) file from my iTunes music folder so i can convert it to an mp3 it will not play in Switch: the error message is: "Cannot open file for playback. check to see if you have selected a valid file"
When I try to convert it I get the message: "Conversion of this file (filename)has failed. Please see www.nch.com.au/atm/support.html for possible answers to the problem"
The FAQ says I should be able to convert this file type. Any suggestions?
