Save Custom Preset in Export File Settings

Is there a way to save a custom preset in Export File Settings?

Think not. The default export folder can be specified under OPTIONS | EXPORT, but that's not quite what you have in mind.

File a suggestion. Click the chevron at the top-right of the VP window to see that choice, then fill out the form.

In the resolution Preset drop-down box, a custom resolution can be configured. Perhaps that will save you a step.
