Audio is desynced by a few seconds

I am using their uploader. I save as mp4 264 and upload to YouTube and it doesn’t ever upload. Gets stuck on 0% for hours or reaches 100% then drops to 0% and never uploads.

Sounds as if it's a YT issue. Check with their support groups and forums. If you have successfully exported an mp4 that plays in Windows Media Player, then Videopad has succeeded.

YouTube has a problem with uploading mp4. Their best recommendation is to upload AVI

Don't know where you got that info, but an mp4 two-minute upload using YT's uploader succeeded here in just minutes.

If you must, convert your file. Here's a trial version (unless you license it) of NCH's Prism converter..

AVI works in the current VP versions. Use the MPEG4 compressor. Or use mp4 with H264.

AVI works, but when the H264 compressor is used on long projects sync is out on export. Being worked on...

The free version has limitations, especially after the trial period. Here, AVI export usually continues to be available. If it is not, uninstall and install this version.

Have noted on some non-licensed installs the option to "continue with the 'lite' version. During UNinstall, a similar option may be offered - or not.

Just tested an AVI/H264 upload to YouTube - using their uploader. No problem.
