After loading flash drive, and selecting video file mp4 / get the ( failed to load file) please help me.

I'm using clear Clicks video device trying to transfer old media to videopad software then burn too an mdisc.

Usually that's a sign that the file is non-standard. Does it play in Windows Media Player?

Upload it to a free server, such as MS OneDrive or Google Drive, make it public, share it so ANYONE can view and post the shared link here. We'll check it out.

Seems as if Clear Clicks is producing a non-standard file. Load it into Windows Media Player. Does it play? Try outputting in another format.

Can't do much more here unless we can see the file. As mentioned, it can be submitted privately.
