Export Problem - audio only

I have created my video in VideoPad and can play it in the application.

When I export it, the resulting file has no video only the audio (Black Screen), I have exported as MP4 and AVI but the results are exactly the same, no picture.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, can you help me ?

What version of Videopad is being used?

What are the export settings?

How long is the project?

What is the resolution of the bulk of the source files?

Try to export at a lower resolution. Try it as an AVI with the MPEG4 compressor.

Please upload and share the PORTABLE project folder (not the export). This is simple, quick and can be private. Just follow the PORTABLE project instructions here...

I'm using Videopad 8.55

The export settings are -

Preset - Custom

Format - MP4 (bit I have also tried AVI)

Resolution 2327x1280

Wide Screen - Crop & Zoom

Frame Rate - Variable (smart max 45fps)

Subtitles - Overlay

The project is about 11min long

Is this correct?

Should be fine. You have tried exporting at a lower resolution? Upload and share the project. Someone will see that you succeed.
