Video freezes

I'm just getting the hang of Video Pad video editor, but am held up now because two of my clips do not animate in the editor - in other words the video screen shows a fixed image while the audio is playing. Can anyone help with this? The other clips in the sequence behave normally. I've tried deleting and reloading one of the clips but no change.

What is the format and resolution of those clips? What version of Videopad is being used?

With the sequence as complete as possible - including the frozen clips - please upload the project so someone can analyse it. This isn't difficult, takes but a few minutes and can be private.
