Close Videopad, then delete all files in this folder. "C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components"
Reinstall the latest version.
If still no go, please upload a few photos that don't display. Use a free server such as Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive. Share (make them public), copy the shared link and post it here. Someone will have a look.
