Currently IVM cannot do what you are asking. Our autohours feature is only meant for business hours and after hours type issues.
You could achieve the effect by writing a plugin that
1. tests time/data
2. returns a variable say %dayline% containing your "Info-Line1" etc messages
3. use the option to Go to OGM.. and select a value of %dayline%
You would need to create OGMs called Info-Line1, Info-Line2 etc to handle special processing for these days.
