gregv Hi. I have downloaded a video file and related subtitle file from Microsoft Stream and am trying to edit it in VideoPad. I have loaded the MP4 file and am trying to load the subtitle file so I can edit together but when I try to upload the subtitle file I get the "0subtitles successfully loaded" message. The subtitle file is a .vtt file and has the same name as the mp4. Thanks for any help
borate Share the VTT and someone will check it out. Upload it to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, share it (make it public), copy the shared link and post it here.

borate VP apparently doesn't like VTT. Convert the file to SRT, using this tool, and you should be in business. Did the job quickly here. https://subtitletools.com/convert-to-srt-online
