Suitable audio codec problem

I'm trying to convert the following WMA file to Wav so I can put it on CD using the NCH software. However, for some reason I can't convert the file. These are the properties:

Audio codec: Windows Media Audio V7

48 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo

Video Codec:Windows Media Video V7

Location: http://www.billdeasy.com/in_works/meet_me_there.wmv

Can anyone advise why this might not be happening?

yeah sorry our software doesn't (yet) support the extract of audio from a video file.

Hi, I think maybe because a video file is included with your audio, the codec is not reading the file properly. Maybe you need a separate codec for this type of file?
