Title Bars

I'd like to use a title bar to introduce an item that, for example, has red background and white text. I'd want the red background to have a transparency on the end, not the whole box. Does that make any sense?

In Videopad you might add a blank clip with gradient to track 1, then overlay the title on track 2...

Or this background can be duped, then each flipped 90 degrees and merged (best to use a graphics app)...

Scaling and other effects can be applied to the background.

There are many 'canned' backgrounds available from the Net. A PNG should provide transparency.
