Default setting for export video result in huge files?

I am editing a Zoom recorded meeting. It is 18 minutes long and the file I get from Zoom is 30MB. When I export the video using the defaults, it estimates the file size at 1.5GB. That's a HUGE difference. This seems way excessive given it's trying to match the output to the input file. Any thoughts on this?

Ignore the estimate; it's notoriously inaccurate. Check the file size after export. The 'auto-match' setting is a suggestion.. Change it to suite your needs.

The projected file size can be reduced by selecting a lower resolution for the export (but keep the same AR)
