Above the bin (top-left of the window) click the SEQUENCES tab.
Click on the sequence folder, usually Sequence 1.
Under the preview window note that some thumbnails are shaded. Only the UNshaded area is exported.
Drag the left and right brackets to their respective ends, to UNshade it all, then export.
