larrymc I've run uninstall several times. It asks for feedback about why I'm uninstalling, I say I don't use it, then instantly it responds "Uninstall is complete". But it's not. Any ideas?
Fred28 Hello, If it says uninstall is complete then it should be removed unless it tells you it cannot uninstall. I would suggest you reach out to NCH technical support for steps on how to remove it if you are having issues.
