Videopad not playing any sound

File sounds fine in a media player. But to check it in Videopad you need to send the portable project folder, not the exported final.

When i export audio it seems to work fine but when its in videopad it doesnt

There's nothing wrong with the audio in that project, but there is a freeze that has been corrected.

Though you say it's already in use, reinstall version 8.32, the current release.

Here's the revised portable project. Click on DOWNLOAD to save it to the PC. It will be on the server for only a short while.

I have reinstalled it, but still no success. It still has no audio coming up

Peculiar. What are your PC's specs: CPU/GPU/RAM? You are certain that nothing is muted and that volume controls to the left of each audio track are fully to the right?

If you are running Windows 10, right-click the 'speaker' icon at the bottom-right of the window and choose OPEN VOLUME MIXER. Scroll the display to the right if necessary and see if the volume is turned all the way down on the Videopad slider. If so, slide it up to match the other entries.

As a last resort est this version. Does it do the same? Retain your registration, if yours is a licensed version.

Thank you for your help. when i reinstalled it the first time i continued to use the project file with a freeze. The second time i reinstalled it and used your fixed version and it worked properly

Use still frames for the two shots that follow the first clip instead of bracketing as you did. No need for speed changes. That may be what's causing the intermittent freeze.

Grab stills easily in the preview window by right-clicking and taking a snapshot. It will appear in the image bin and in your PC's 'pictures' folder.
