Disktech not compatible with Print to disk!

I have a Epsom Stylus XP-960 and although Disktech lists my printer as compatible, it does not work. I have absolutely no problem using Epsom's own Print CD software -works a treat every time.

Needs sorting or I feel a refund and not so good feedback brewing!

Can you confirm if the exact model of the printer? There is an Epson printer that is the Stylus Photo 960 which is compatible but the XP-960 is not compatible with the program so this might be the reason why it does not work.

I have a Epson XP-7100 and the list does not include it, Is there an updated program that adds this printer, or do anyone know of a program that will work correctly with this printer
