Output file

Morning: My output file box is blued in and won't give me an option to change it. When I convert a jpg to SVG, it says completed conversion but when I open it it is the same.Any ideas?

Hello,

I´m confused as to what box you are referring to, if what you need is to change the ¨Output Folder¨ just click on the ¨Browse¨ button on the lower right side and this will open the Windows File Explorer for you so you can choose a folder to save to.

If this is not the issue please try to elaborate more and provide as many details as possible.

i am having the same problem i convert a jpg file to a svg file but when i try to use the svg file i get this message from my

silhouette camieo 3 the file your attempting to access is not supported

i want to be able to open the save file on the computer as I do jpg, png etc. files. Is Chrome/Internet explorer, the only way to view the converted files?

Hi. Can someone help? I was able to convert jpg format to a svg format but when try to use it with Brother ScanNCut machine I get a message "The file your attempting to access is not supported". Machine works perfectly with other converted svg images but not image converted by Pixilion.

Any advise/ suggestion???
