Suggest that you export at the suggested Smart Max setting, where the result should closely match the source frame rate.
Or manually set the rate to match - from the drop-down list.
In VP you can right-click on the clip, then PROPERTIES and click the SHOW button. Then right-click on the file, click PROPERTIES and the Details tab.
