RAY_decoste When I send a quote or an order or an invoice. It has a spam warning attached to it, saying the email may be spam! HOW DO I FIX THIS IT IS VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
Just_Handle_It I have the same problem both my purchase orders and my quotes I send are landing up in the recipients spam
elk That is something that needs to be configured from the email account of the person who receives the email because it is marking your email as spam, the sender cannot control that and the program does not offer any option to avoid it. The recipients need to configure it from their email to mark it as "Not Spam".
n1x1 Hi @Just Handle It Depending on your email client, you need to set the emails from that email address as trusted. Check the settings or Google it, it is a common setting.
