Activating Delete and All Delete

Michael_Quinn

Can anybody advise me on using the Delete All feature? I have highlighted the other icons at top of the page the punched Burn CD/DVD button at right side bottom of the page but nothing happened. Please advise, I don't have the money to purchase it yet, just need to backup system.

The feature is going to work even without a licensed software. You would need to select the files and then click on Delete All. if you still getting problems try to reinstall the program: https://www.nch.com.au/burn/index.html

If you still getting problems even after reinstalling the program, request the help from the Technical Support Team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=ExpressBurn
