I am recording from a CD onto WavePad in order to cut the music. When I play back my cuts, the voices sound like the munchkins from the wizard of oz and there is a lot of static in the background. (Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel are the voices...I don't know if Kristin Chenoweth's voice has anything to do with this, but considering Idina's voice sounds like a munchkin too, I'm guessing it doesn't)
I need some quick help...can anybody do that for me? Thank you in advance
