Actually if you add a Footer Comment you need to do it directly from the Main computer, if you try to add it using the Web Access, you would notice that there is no option just for the comments and private comments. Now, if you added and you want to see that comment on the Web Access Invoices, is not going to show either, you would need to click on the option Print or PDF to check all the comments, there you would see the Footer message that you add from the main computer.
