VirtualDub Plugins do not seem to work

Even if I try to test your recomended vdf plugins from:
https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/free-plugins.html

Let's say MSU Old Cinema 2.0

The plugin dialog opens but finally there is no effect on my video:

Same result here. NO result. Word has it that VD is still supported but that some plug ins may not function.

Tested in 7.25, the configuration boxes appear but the plugin seems to do nothing, no matter what options are checked?

As an example No effect.

Just tried the Grid over clip. Control box appeared but nothing registered on the clip. :mellow: The plugin is shown in the effects screen.

So Videopad will fix or brake this feature ? (!)

VirtualDub plugin are fixed. We'll release a new version soon which will includes the fix.

Specifically, which VD plug in? The two just tested here are the MSI Old Cinema and the Cartoonizer.

Not all VD plug ins/features may function but those seem to do the job, using the latest VP release.

If you particularly want the Old Cinema plugin and find it doesn't work......Use the Old Film effect.......
