Slow when changing quantity in invoice

Running version 5.05 on Mac. I have 3,00 invoices and 3,300 items. When editing an invoice, I hit "Add Item" and the system lags for about 30 seconds when I select the quantity field.

In this case the best that you can do is a backup the information, check what old items you don't need and can remove. Make sure that you can manage the old items, usually the main problems is the amount of information that you have on your program, so in this case if you remove a few items this should be work back to normal.
