Exporting issues

a_rj5555

Hi,

I've been trying to export a video that is 16 mins long and contains a combination of photos, videos and music. The exporting works but then when I play back the exported file, only 11 mins have been exported and quite a few parts of the video come up as a black screen. I have tried a few different settings for exporting and the same issue keeps happening.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you 🙂

What Videopad version? Try this one.

If you are a registered user, remember that upgrades are free for up to six months. After that, your purchase will continue to fully function, but a fee will be required in order to register the latest. Always retain the installer file, though it's automatically backed up on the PC.

If this doesn't solve the issue, upload and share your project. Here's how ... http://nch.invisionzone.com/topic/23659-tips-for-getting-help-on-this-forum/

Someone will check it out.

Thank you. I was using a slightly older version so have updated and will see if it works now.

It is still not exporting the full video. It cuts about 2 minutes from the end. I have compressed the files and uploaded them to Google Drive.

Here is the link if anyone can help:

Thank you.

Great fun once again!

What VP version was in use? Cannot pin down the problem; it exported fully in v7.02. Version 7.11 had issues, which have been reported.

Prior to export, unused source files were deleted, to 'clean' the project.

Corrected project provided. The Colombia excursion and your next destination effort should load and export fine in the upcoming VP release, as tested here.
