I just purchased the Mixpad masters quarterly. I’m having a hard time getting the recording set up.
I have brand new computer microsoft windows 10/64. I have a mustang 1 fender amp and fender fuse on my desktop which came along with my amp. I have all that connected to my alesis multimix4 FX interface connected to my computer with a usb cable. When I want to record a window appears saying error. I keep trying to set up the recording device using audio options and nothing seems to work I hope someone can help me with this problem.
