If you are running version 7.10 or 7.11, an acknowledged bug may be the cause. As it's being addressed, two things to try...
1. Output the project as a video file at a resolution that looks good, and is accepted by YouTube. Then use their uploader.
2. Retain your old Videopad installer. Temporarily install this version and try the export once again.
