Transition gives cracking noise

I have no idea why all of the sudden the transition between clips gives cracking noise. You can view it here

The noise is at 00:37 of the video. Please help to debug this.

Try removing the transition and creating it again. Try adding a few frames to the end of the FROM clip prior to specifying the transition.

Try the latest version. Retain your old installer, especially if you licensed and registered. Upgrades are free for six months.
