WEB ACCESS from Overseas

Tez

Hi all,

Trying to figure this one out.

I live in Australia, have purchased the full license as LOVE this product. However when I am on the road I can access the Web via my Pixel, no issue. When my colleague who lives in Canada tries gets the following;

"This site can't be reached"

Amy thoughts ?

Hello Tez, you may want to confirm you both are using the same link and confirm if your router allows incoming connections from the internet. Also, confirm if there is any firewall that may be preventing the connection from Canada to be established.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for that but can't understand whilst i can from Australia and he cant. I do however think you have something there on the Port forwarding issue so looking into that again

Cheers
