dunno2010 Hi there, I have a Macbook Air (Mojave) and an Infinity Footpedal (IN-USB2). I was disappointed to find that the footpedal does not work with the free version of Express Scribe. Does it work with the basic version (ie not the Pro version)?
dunno2010 So I bought the basic version and indeed the foot pedal works. However, the audio files that I drag over to Express Scribe are completely garbled and I can't here anything!! they were working fine on the free version but not now on the paid version - please could you kindly advise!!
Jade_O I have a 2014 Macbook Pro Retina with MacOS Mojave, version 10.14.6. I purchased ExpressScribe from Amazon and the Infinity foot control pedal is not showing up in the software or on my computer at all. Is the pedal just not compatible with my version of Mac or is there something I'm missing? I am new to all of this.
Aotearoa I have an Altoedge infinity Ver. 14 foot pedal and my newly downloaded Express Scribe will not recognise the pedal. I have a brand new MacBook Air and am connecting via the USB port. Please help
