Suddenly can not export any video formats but MPG

I was using VP 5.05 for more than a year without any trouble. This morning I tried to export a video on MP4 format and got an error message (I have it in spanish) that can be translated to something as: Can not initialize video output. I restarted VP, then my laptop and nothing. I downloaded the new version (6.26) thinking that was my problem and pay for it, and got the same error.

I've been all day on this, read every related thread, deleting components, trying to export in other formats and only could succeed on MPG, which is not good for my needs. Now I can not export videos and can not delete the software and reinstall because I didn't get any email with a payment confirmation.

Anyone can help with this? Thank you so much.

I wll thanks, bur it's not only with that project, I have tried with saved projects already exported in the past, and can not export them anymore.

If you have a paid version, there should be no problem with exporting in any of the available formats. Get in touch with NCH at the above link if that's the case.

However, free upgrades are good for limited amount of time. If they are made after that time a fee is charged to reactivate the license. If using the unlicensed version, there may be export format limitations. You can always reinstall an older paid version, which doesn't expire. All features should be intact.
