Hello,
If you have version 9.01, I would suggest you try and reinstall the program again, you can do so without uninstalling so you do not have to register again or you can uninstall if you like but you will have to register the license again when you are done installing the program again. If this does not work, I would suggest you create a support ticket for NCH Software Technical support so that they can assist you.
